What I usually drink and my secret lemon water diet!!


My favorite drink is .........

Rose tea , green tea and lemon water.

One of the reason is because they taste really good they smalls fabulous and they do really good for heathy.



Green Tea:  

Many scientists believe that free radicals contribute to the aging process as well as the development of a number of health problems, including cancer and heart disease. I usually bring a 900ml bottle of green tea which I made by myself for my school day.

Here is my little secret lemon water diet!!

1.Drink a warm glass of water with a lemon slice upon waking in the morning. Drinking warm water with lemon for weight loss in the morning helps a sluggish digestive system, so it's a great way to start the day after sleeping all night. Boil water in a pan or microwave. Wash the outside of the lemon and add a slice to the water. Sip like tea.

If desired, wash a lemon in the morning, and use a food processor to grind the whole lemon. Place the lemon puree in a small jar and add it to water throughout the day. Drinking water with a whole lemon for weight loss is an excellent way to speed up weight loss and detox the body.  **

Over all , I think is very very important to drink lots of water a day.
I didn't count it for 8 cups of water a day as the doctor said.
But whenever I feel bored or Want something to snack for,drink water.
In my opinion Not just water. I personally not a big fans of water.
I do drink a lot of tea.Cos I feel more hungry after I only drink water.
So I choose to add lemon , rose ,green tea instant of only water.
And after it I feel drinking something flavorful like those kind of water/tea,
they even much more healthy and powerful than only drinking water.
I do think it is a really good start of drinking stuff like this.
They helps my diet , my health and my body.
