12. Blueberry Bar






                                                                                    Ingredients:
230-250g  Oatmeals
70g  Blueberries (or more)
3tbsp  Honey
30g  apple 
2tbsp  yogurt(Best to use sugar free! And any flavor of yogurt)
100g  Walnuts


1) Cook the blueberries until they becomes thicken.
2) Blend or crush the walnuts. (You can also just chop them into small pieces.)
3) Remove the apple skin and blend the apple until it becomes a paste.
4) Place the honey,apple paste and yogurt in a big bowl and mix until well combined.(You can also add in 1tbsp brown sugar!)
5) Add Oatmeals and walnuts into the mixture and mix well.
6)  Place half of the mixture into the baking pan evenly then pour the blueberry paste and add another half of the oatmeal mixture op top of it.
7) Sprinkle some extra oatmeals on top.
8) Press everything down until it have a flat layer.

Is very easy to make , you can  add in any kind of nuts or raisins that you like,is heathy and best for diet people's snack.
