10. Macaroons




                                                                                         Ingredients:

100g  Almond powder
130g  Icing sugar
4tbsp  sugar
2  egg white
1tsp fruit coloring

1)  Sift the icing sugar into the almond powder and mix well.
2)  Whisk two egg white in high speed for 2mins.
3)  Whisk the egg white for another 4mins,during this 4mins ,add in all 4tbsp sugar.
4)  Add fruit coloring into the egg white mixture and mix until well combined.
5)  Gently fold-in the powder mixture into the egg white mixture.
6)  Pip the mixture to the baking pan and let it dry for at least 20mins.
     (For testing whether they have dried enough : Gently tap the macaroon , if  it did not sticks to your hand ---It means they are ready to go!! )
7)  Bake at preheated oven 150C , and when you are going to put the macaroon into the oven, quickly lower the oven to 140C and bake for 8mins,then turn the baking pan inside-out and bake another 8mins! 
8)  Pip with any filling or frosting that you like.(Will teach you how to make meringue frosting on my next video! ;D )

I properly will teach you how to pip heart shape macarron soon........I think,maybe!
Because I have soooo much recipes that I have to make video of and share. =)

YES, macaroon made by sugar! YES, it is fat! 
But ........we just......can't....I mean I CAN NOT stop eating those macaroon.
