Simple Salmon Miso Soup

dinner, Breakfast and lunch




Today I made a very simple soup recipe.
This dish is inspired by Japanese cuisine and a twist of my mother's recipe.

It can be done within 30 mins of cooking.
Pairing with a bowl of Japanese rice is just so perfect especially for those who have little to no time to cook after a full day of work.

You can also feel free to add in some green vegetables of your choice.




Salmon Miso Soup




Ingredients:    Salmon head
                       White radish
                Scallion
          Tofu

                     Miso paste
             Sugar
         Oil
