6. Foie gras


                                                        Ingredients:

4  Foie gras (1people/1)

bread

salt

pepper

1tbsp vegetable oil

some flour(about 5-6 tbsp should be enough)

1)  Cut the bread into 4 equal slices and toast them until golden brown.
2)  Dredge the foie gras with flour.
3)  Turn on the heat to medium high pour the oil into the sauce pan and cook them for 10-15mins and sprinkle some salt and pepper in both sides.
4)  Place them to the paper tower to absorb the oil.
5)  Put them on top of the toasted bread.



Foie gras is very easy to cook, do not need any cooking skills to cook them , just "eyeball" them ,do not let them to burn and they will cames out a lot of oil but don't worry!Make sure to use paper tower to absorb those oil!You do not want to skip this step!
