                                                   Ingredients:

63g warm water (About 37-39'C)

1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoon) dry active yeast

1)  Bowl (1) :  Add water and yeast in a large bowl ,mix them until dissolved.
2)  Bowl(2) :  Add milk, butter, sugar, honey, and salt in another bowl. Microwave for 1 minute, until milk is JUST warm.
3)  Add all the flour to the Bowl (1), then add Bowl (2) in Bowl (1). Stir until a sticky dough forms.
4)  Knead the dough for about 6 mins(or using electric mixer mix it about 6 mins also)until the dough have form and  becomes soft and elastic.(Make sure u add extra flour as needed )
5)  Put the dough back to the big bowl and lightly oiled with 1tsp vegetable oil.
6)  Cover the bowl with a clean towel and leave to rise in warm spot until it doubles in size, about 1 1/2 hours.(But it took me 2 hours today.)
7)  Punch down the dough,Shape into a square and cut into equal-sized sections.Roll them into balls. Line them to the baking sheet.
8)  Sprinkle some flour on top of each rolls to make a great classic bead roll look.(Of course you can skip this step.)
9)  Set the pan in a warm spot and allow to rise for 40 mins.
10)  Preheat oven to 170'C. Bake on the center rack for about 20-25 mins, until golden brown.

They do takes a long time to make(thats why I love making desserts than bread,ha),but simple ingredients and is easy.If u wants to know the first rise for the dough have enough time or not.Dip one of your finger into the dough and if the holes pull back that means they are not done yet, if they don't ,then they ready for the next step.
Enjoy your baking time,play with your dough with families and kids,
And again.....Next video coming soon!=)
